The apartment was beautifully decorated and had newly done interiors. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the noise from the nearby club ceased after 11 pm. the option of off-road parking in the small rear yard was a convenient perk. Communication with Chris, the owner, was prompt and helpful. the presence of a nearby Sainsbury's local made it easy to get anything we needed.

It was in a marvellous and lovely place. Furthermore, we were short walk to Sunderland, local shops and lovely and clean quiet area.

i would recomand this place to all. it is clean and in a lovely neighbourhood. has extremely comfy bed, slept well. it’s located in a lovely building.

We recently stayed at Alexander Apartments and were impressed with the lovely decor and newly done interiors. The sofas and beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The addition of a large fridge/freezer was convenient for those who prefer self-catering. Communication with the host, Chris, was excellent, and he was quick to address any issues we had. The off-road parking in the small rear yard was a nice perk. Plus, the proximity to a Sainsbury's Local made it easy to find everything we needed.

I enjoyed overall experience and didn't feel like leaving. The apartment was as advertised; spacious and clean. Rooms were clean and they provided me with shower curtain etc. It was great and absolutely perfect to St Peters church.

I recently stayed at Alexander Apartments for a week in their 2 bed Stanhope rd property. The location was convenient for our travel purposes, and the property was in good condition with modern decor. The amenities provided, such as a kettle, fridge, and TV, were all in working order. The large dining table allowed for enjoyable group discussions. The nearby Metro station was only a 5-minute walk away. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
